Competitive Hockey Coaching and Selection Trials
Hockey is a grind, not a hobby. From sub-junior basics to senior-level national competition, our training focuses on building the grit and skill you need to dominate the turf.
We train our players to be versatile on any surface. Here, my sub-junior girls are in action during trials on a traditional dirt ground, showcasing their fundamental skills.

Another group of hopefuls at our open trials. I believe in providing opportunities for all, and these events are key to discovering the next generation of hockey stars.

About The Grind: Training & Trials
When you come for trials, do not just bring your game face—bring your Aadhaar card and proper gear (stick and shin guards). We need to see how you handle pressure on both traditional grounds and AstroTurf, so expect a session that tests your decision-making, fitness, and stick work under real game conditions.
Training That Prepares You
We do not just run drills; we run high-performance sessions designed to prepare you for the real deal. Whether we are training on the AstroTurf at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium or our grounds in Geeta Colony, the intensity remains the same. You will go through ball control drills, game simulation, and match practice, but we also integrate yoga and fitness routines to ensure your body is as resilient as your mind.
The Selection Process
Our trials are the gateway to representing us in the Hockey India Nationals and Khelo India leagues. We are not looking for finished products; we are looking for hungry players who want to learn. When we host trials, we assess your fundamental skills, your stamina, and your ability to work within a team. It is a formal, fair process, and we give every player a genuine look. If you have the fire to compete, we want to see you on the field.
What to Expect
Our program is broken down by age and level: sub-juniors (U-16), juniors, and seniors. You get feedback from head coaches who are actively involved in the game, not just watching from the sidelines. We keep the batches focused, ensuring that every player gets the technical correction they need to improve their drag flicks, 3D skills, and defensive positioning. Come prepared to work hard, and we will handle the rest.
