About Behind the Scenes & Keepsakes
When you walk into my HSR Layout studio, you will notice it is not just a room with props—it is a space designed specifically for little ones. It is temperature-controlled, sanitized, and quiet, ensuring your baby feels as comfortable as possible. I intentionally structure our time to account for feeding, burping, or soothing breaks, because a happy, calm baby is the only way to get those genuine, tender moments on camera.
Photography is often digital today, but my favourite part of this work is the moment you hold your session's story in your hands. After we capture the milestones—whether it is a newborn's first peaceful sleep or a one-year-old’s enthusiastic cake smash—I prepare physical keepsakes for you to treasure. These high-quality prints and custom albums are not just decorations; they are the legacy you are building for your child.
The Care Behind the Camera
Safety is non-negotiable. Whether I am using textured wraps, floral setups, or 'Baby’s Breath' decor to create an ethereal look, everything in my studio is chosen with delicate skin and safety in mind. I work with a dedicated assistant to ensure your baby is always spotted, keeping neck support and comfort as our top priority. We do not rush the process. If your baby needs a cuddle or a milk break, we pause. This patience is what allows us to catch the real expressions—the sleepy smiles, the tiny yawns, and the curiosity in their eyes.

We live in an age of scrolling, but there is something grounding about looking at a printed photograph. My albums and matte prints are designed to withstand years of turning pages.
