A twist on a Mediterranean classic, these are my Blueberry Kataifi Cups. The shredded pastry nests are filled with a light blueberry cream and topped with fresh fruit, offering a perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors.

I focus on getting the textures right before anything else. A warm pastry shell paired with a chilled cream filling needs to be assembled just before serving to maintain the contrast.
