Fun Dog Agility Training Course
Watch your dog burn energy and build confidence as they master our fun obstacle course in Yelahanka.
Watch Milo, a Jack Russell Terrier, go through a full agility sequence. From the dog walk to the weave poles and the final jump, his focus and energy are amazing to see. This is the result of consistent, fun training.
Here is 7-year-old Indie Snoopy navigating a mini-course. He moves from the mini dog walk to the pause table for a 5-second stay, then over the dog walk and a jump. It's a great mental and physical workout.
A fantastic point-of-view shot of Snoopy confidently running through the agility tunnel. This obstacle is great for building a dog's courage and is always a favorite.
About Putting It All Together: Course Runs
Every dog moves differently, which is why I tweak the course for every single session. Whether it's lowering jump bars for a beginner or shortening the tunnel for a puppy, we make sure the setup fits your dog's size and confidence level, not the other way around.
At 'The Run' in Yelahanka, we have a 3200 sq ft fenced lawn designed for safe, off-leash play. Unlike competitive agility, where the goal is speed and precision for titles, my focus here is purely on building a bond and boosting your dog's confidence. It is a great way to provide mental stimulation that leaves even the most energetic dog calm and satisfied.
For adult dogs, we work on full-height obstacles like A-frames, dog walks, and weaves to challenge their coordination. For puppies under 12 months, we stick to ground poles and balance discs to protect their developing joints, ensuring they get the workout without any physical strain.
You will often see me adjusting the equipment in real-time. If a dog is nervous about the tunnel, we make it shorter—thoda chota—to help them walk through without pressure. If they are unsure about a jump, we drop the bar to the ground until they are ready to go higher. This is the heart of positive reinforcement—helping your dog solve the puzzle in a way that makes them feel like a champ. It is not just about the physical exercise; it is about teaching them that trying something new is fun.
