Because we run two different rooftop venues, our decor setups change based on the space and wind conditions. If you want a heavy, hanging floral ceiling, we typically steer you toward the Sky Terrace because it has the structural capacity to handle the weight. For the Terrace Garden, we focus more on ground level features like rustic photobooths and pathway lighting so you get that magical, cozy look without overwhelming the space.
We treat our rooftop spaces as blank canvases. Whether you want a grand wedding stage for 400 people or a moody, minimalist reception setup for an intimate party, we look at the venue layout first.
Our approach to decor at Safina Plaza is modular. We don't just dump props on a stage. We look at the architectural lighting, the existing greenery on the terrace, and the time of day your event happens. For a sunset event, we prioritize warm Edison bulbs and light fabrics that catch the golden hour. For late night receptions, we lean into heavier wash lighting and deeper floral tones to create drama.
If you have a specific Pinterest board, show us. We have an in-house team that handles the floral work, drapes, and stage structures. Because we manage both the venue and the decor, we avoid the typical clashes between venue managers and external decorators. We know exactly where the power points are, how the wind affects the fabric, and where to place the photo booth so your guests actually use it. If you have a family favorite vendor, bring them along.
