Pre-Wedding Decor: Mehendi & Haldi
Concept & Structures
Includes digital moodboard creation and layout design. Features a fabricated 10x12ft thematic entrance arch and a signature 10x10ft interactive photobooth backdrop (e.g., floral swings or Japanese fans).
Florals & Styling
High density usage of local seasonal flowers (Marigold, Tuberose, Sunflowers). Includes 15 to 20 table centerpieces using earthen or brass vessels and overhead ceiling treatments with fabric drapes or tassels.
Furniture & Props
Styling for 2 to 3 lounge pockets (Diwan style) with mattresses. Key inclusion is custom printed or tie dye cushion covers and table runners to match the theme. Includes props like Rajasthani umbrellas or painted trunks.
Sangeet & Cocktail Night Decor
Ceiling & Stage
Heavy overhead installation requiring trussing, featuring clusters of disco balls, botanical gardens, or fairy lights. Includes stage design with masking for LED walls or custom 3D backdrops with neon signage.
Flooring & Bar
Application of a custom printed vinyl dance floor covering up to 400 sq ft. Features a fully fabricated statement bar counter with backlit panels, floral headers, or thematic shelving.
Lighting & Tech
Comprehensive intelligent lighting package mounted on trusses, including Sharpy beams, Moving Heads, and Hazers. Includes a stylized entrance tunnel using mirrors or dense foliage.
Signature Wedding Mandap & Ceremony
Mandap Fabrication
Construction of a 4 pillar or Open Arch Mandap using bespoke carpentry. Features CNC laser cut designs on MDF/wood, such as Sanskrit verses (shlokas) or geometric jali work.
Florals & Aisle
Premium high density floral arrangements (Roses, Hydrangeas, Tuberoses) on headers and pillars with a central floral chandelier. Includes a 40 to 60ft decorated aisle with raised platforms and heavy petal dusting.
Lighting & Atmosphere
Dedicated intelligent lighting design for the Mandap and Aisle, using warm white PAR cans and profile spots to ensure studio quality photography. Includes a 12ft+ grand entrance gate and theatre style seating styling with sash detailing.
