The Auction Table & Strategy

We begin at the auction table, utilizing data analytics to balance the squad. A team isn't just eleven players; it’s a collection of roles. I focus on clear role definition immediately post-selection, ensuring every player understands their specific job, whether they are a power hitter or a middle-over anchor.

High-Performance Preparation

My training methodology is designed to remove the fear of failure. We implement:

• High-Volume Batting Drills: 400+ ball sessions to develop muscle memory and endurance.
• Situational Simulations: Setting up net scenarios that mimic high-pressure match situations, forcing players to think and execute under duress.
• Technical Refinement: Using video analysis and corrective drills to sharpen stances, backlifts, and impact points.

Mental Conditioning

Cricket is a game of the mind. I conduct dedicated psychology sessions aimed at building a warrior mindset. We work on visualization techniques and pressure management so that when a match is on the line, the team remains composed.

Dugout Management

During the tournament, my role shifts to real-time decision-making. From analyzing opponent weaknesses in the war room to shuffling the batting order based on match flow, I stay hands-on to give the team the best chance to win. When the process is sound, the results inevitably follow.
