About Cricket Coaching & Player Development
Why I Coach
I’m all about helping cricketers fly on their own terms. Whether you’re six or already playing Ranji, I’ve seen that real growth happens when you face things head on - no shortcuts. I’m not here to just teach strokes or line-length, but to help you own your game, inside out.
Who Trains With Me
- Youngsters (U12, U14, U16, U19) who want to get basics strong
- Amateurs chasing that next level
- State and league pros – IPL, WPL, TNPL, you name it
If you’ve got passion, I’m game. Boys or girls, doesn’t matter.
How We Train
Mindset comes first. I put a lot of focus on cricket mental strength coaching, because dealing with pressure is half the battle won.
- Batting: Tons of practice, power drills, match-like situations with throwdowns and machines, always adding fresh skills
- Bowling: We mix high-tech (speed guns) with jugaad (chairs, tyres) - whatever pushes you further. Professional fast bowling clinics are part of the mix.
- Fitness & Fielding: No skipping this part - every session has competitive cricket fitness drills and fielding under pressure
Training Formats
- One-on-one if you want straight-up personal feedback
- Group batches for that peer push
- Summer/annual camps, and focused clinics for stuff like power hitting or fast bowling
Facilities
Whitefield, Bangalore is where we train - full Astro Turf, indoor/outdoor nets, bowling machines, and open grounds for actual match play. Everything a cricketer needs, but you still gotta bring the hunger.

My Story
Cricket’s in my blood, honestly. I’m Rx Muralidhar, BCCI Level 3 coach. Been lucky to coach teams like RCB (WPL), Mysuru Warriors, Tiruppur Tamizhans. Watching my players grow, like Mayank heading back to RCB, that’s special. Karnataka and RCB – feels like home. Off the pitch, I love roaming around, snapping pics, chilling at beaches or trekking up Kedarnath. Travel keeps me sane, so I come back fresh, ready for next innings.
My Work
Cricket Coaching for All - I coach individuals, teams, and run a youth cricket academy. From U12 kids to senior pros.
Batting Mindset Training - I help players build mental strength and consistency, not just technique. Mind over matter.
