About Additional Work & Moments
These photos aren't just highlights; they are the result of a mindset that treats every session like a championship match. Whether I am at Lord’s or coaching at our Whitefield facility, the intensity remains the same. When we train together, I use this real-world experience to strip away the fluff and focus purely on what works for your game.
You might see the trophies and the stadium lights in these images, but the foundation of that success is built in the quiet, focused hours of practice. Coaching is not about promising a professional contract on day one; it is about building the technical and mental strength to actually earn it.
At my academy in Whitefield, we do not just practice; we simulate the pressure of a real match. We use a mix of technology—like speed radar guns and video analysis—and practical 'jugaad' drills that force you to adapt to imperfect conditions, because that is what happens on the field.
My approach is simple: we identify the gaps in your technique, correct the grip or footwork, and then repeat it until it becomes instinct. If you are a U14 player looking to master the basics or a senior league aspirant working on death bowling, the framework is the same. I bring the same tactics I use with professional RCB or TNPL squads to your individual sessions. You bring the hunger, I will provide the path.
