Having worked as a batting coach for RCB in the WPL and managed state-level squads, I have seen first-hand that the best players are the ones who can clear their minds, back their preparation, and execute when it matters most.

My coaching programs are designed to bridge the gap between amateur effort and professional results. I do not believe in shortcuts or generic drills that look good on camera but do not build match-readiness.

- Match Simulation: Practice must mirror reality. We use bowling machines, strategic throwdowns, and match-scenario drills to ensure you are ready for the pitch, not just the practice net.
- Tactical Mentorship: Knowing when to defend and when to attack is a skill in itself. I work with players to develop their game sense, analyzing their decisions during high-intensity training sessions.
