We stir-fry our rice and noodles over high heat using generous vegetable oil to lock in that smoky, authentic flavour. Every order comes packed in a 750ml container, loaded with fresh carrots, capsicum, and cabbage, ensuring it stays hot and fresh from our kitchen to your dining table.
Our Approach to Chinese Delivery
At Hen Hao Chi, we keep things straightforward. Because we operate as a cloud kitchen, our entire workflow is built for speed and consistency. Your food does not sit under a heat lamp, it goes from the wok directly into the container and out for delivery. We focus on the essentials: high-quality ingredients, traditional stir-fry techniques, and fast transit times.
What to Expect in Every Order
- Portions: Each container is 750ml, holding approximately 650g-750g of cooked food. It is designed to be a satisfying meal for one or a shared side for two.
- The Veggie Mix: We use julienned carrots, capsicum, and cabbage for crunch, providing the right texture contrast to our white rice and refined flour noodles.
- Customisation: While we stick to classic recipes like our Garlic Noodles and Vegetable Fried Rice, we always include a serving of red chilli paste or vinegar chillies on the side. If you want more heat, just let us know.
Delivery Areas
We maintain a tight delivery radius in South Bangalore to ensure your food arrives hot. We currently serve HSR Layout, J.P. Nagar, Jayanagar, and BTM Layout. If you are within 2-3km of our kitchen in these areas, your meal will arrive at the optimal temperature.
