The Rhythm Behind My Art
Art, for me, is about catching those quiet moments and turning them into something you can see and feel. Sometimes it’s chaos, sometimes it’s calm, but it’s always honest. Kabhi kabhi toh lagta hai, sab kuch ek ajeeb si halchal hai (Sometimes it feels like everything is a strange commotion) - and that’s where the ideas come from.
How I Work
Before I even pick up a brush, I feel things in my body - gudgudahats, harbarahat, kulbulahat (ticklishness, restlessness, a stirring inside). That’s usually my cue to start. My hands just follow, even if my mind is full of doubts.
Your Space, Your Story
Every space has its own vibe. My job is to help you find the right visual language for it. I work on a commission basis, so each piece is made just for you. Some things I’ve done:
- Personalized fine art paintings for homes, hotels, and offices - from bold abstracts to detailed cultural portraits.
- Mixed-media wall art, like painting on brass or adding gold leaf for that extra glow.
- Turning everyday things into art - wardrobe shutters, tabletops, you name it.
Installations That Transform
Some stories need more than a canvas. I love working on custom site-specific installations that really change a space:
- Lenticular art that shifts as you move, playing with memory and perception.
- Large-scale mural commissions for offices and public spaces.
- Cultural installations using textiles and scripts, like draped Paithani sarees and Marathi calligraphy.

My Story
Hey, I’m Rudranee. Just turned 29 in Japan - Tokyo buzz, Osaka hush, both kinda changed me. I’m always chasing that quiet rhythm, in art and in life, you know? My path’s never straight. Started with a random art fest in Madras, ended up showing ‘Mapping Memories’ and Vishy Anand called my brass piece timeless - wild! My mentors, my team, can’t do without them. Inspired by Memories & Nature - Old Goa, Arabic patterns, plants, even a passing feeling - I find art in all of it. Soft truths, not loud statements.
