Complete 2BHK Interior Package
Core Woodwork & Joinery
- Modular Kitchen: L-shaped or parallel layout (up to 12 running feet). Includes HDHMR moisture-resistant carcass, standard laminate finish shutters (0.8mm), and basic wire basket accessories.
- Wardrobes (x2): Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes (up to 7ft height) for Master and Kids/Guest bedroom. Hinged doors with standard laminate finish and internal shelving.
- TV Unit: One standard wall-mounted TV console in the Living Room with basic storage drawers and back paneling (approx. 6ft width).
Ceiling & Wall Treatments
- False Ceiling: Gypsum false ceiling design (Peripheral or Geometric) for Living room and both bedrooms. Includes cove formation for indirect lighting.
- Paint Finishes: Asian Paints/Berger Premium Emulsion for all walls and ceilings (3-coat process). One accent wall feature (wallpaper or texture paint) included per room.
Electrical & Lighting
- Lighting Fixtures: Supply and installation of standard LED COB lights and concealed strip lights for cove areas.
- Switching: Relocation of existing switch points to suit the new layout (civil chipping included).
Project Management
- Design Services: 2D Layout planning and basic 3D visualization (limited to 2 iterations).
- Execution: On-site supervision by the technical team, transport of materials, and post-installation cleaning.

Cabinetry & Material Specifications
- Carcass Material: 100% Water-resistant BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Ply or HDHMR.
- Shutter Finishes: High-Gloss Acrylic, Anti-scratch Acrylic, or Glass-finish Laminates with seamless edge banding.
- Design Elements: Aluminum profile glass shutters for crockery/upper units and dedicated space for microwave/OTG integration.
Hardware & Storage Solutions
- Drawer Systems: Hettich InnoTech or Blum Tandembox drawers with soft-close mechanism.
- Specialized Units: Includes a Tall Pantry unit (optional in lower range), Bottle pull-outs (200-300mm), and Cutlery organizer trays.
- Hinges: Hydraulic soft-close hinges (Hafele/Dorset/Hettich).
Worktop & Accessories
- Countertop: Quartz or Artificial Marble (Kalinga stone type) installation.
- Lighting: Under-cabinet LED profile lighting strip for countertop illumination.
- Sink Unit: SS 304 Grade sink with waterproofing aluminum foil base in the sink cabinet.

- Internal Material: Commercial Ply or HDHMR (Moisture Resistant) with off-white laminate or fabric-texture internal lining.
- Dimensions: Floor-to-ceiling design (up to 9ft) to eliminate dust traps and maximize storage.

- Base Variant: High-gloss or Suede finish Laminates (1mm) with matching edge banding.
- Premium Variant: Tinted/Reflective Glass with Aluminum Gold/Black Profiles, or PU (Polyurethane) High Gloss Paint finish.
- Handles: Concealed G-Profile handles (aluminum) or long integrated handles.
Internal Accessories
- Standard: Hanging rods (SS), adjustable shelves, and 2 internal drawers with lock.

Namaste, I'm Gopal Singla, the face behind RS Homes. Most folks come to me saying, 'Gopal ji, ghar mai hi ek jannat chahiye' (want a slice of heaven at home). That’s what drives me. I’m always on-site, checking every detail. We run our own factory in Badli, so you get furniture straight from us, no middleman, just proper factory finish.
