Many vendors outsource their manufacturing, which leads to communication gaps and inconsistent finish quality. At RS Homes, I handle everything. We use 18mm HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistance) green boards for the carcass to prevent water damage—a common issue in Indian kitchens.
Hardware and Materials
We stick to reliable brands like Hettich and Hafele. For drawers, we use systems like InnoTech or Atira with soft-close mechanisms. These are not just aesthetic choices; they are functional decisions made to keep your kitchen noise-free and easy to use. The shutters come in high-gloss acrylic or premium glazed laminates with machine-pressed edge banding, which keeps moisture out and looks clean for years.
How We Work
- Consultation and 3D Planning: We start by understanding your needs. Do you need a tall pantry unit? A specific spice pull-out? We show you a 3D model so you can see your kitchen before we cut a single sheet of wood.
- In-House Manufacturing: Everything is made at our unit. We do not ‘adjust’ things on-site.
- Installation: My team handles the setup. We ensure everything from chimney integration to appliance placement is seamless.
