Our Factory Process: How We Build Your Modular Kitchen
From our Delhi factory floor straight to your home, we keep the process transparent, clean, and hands-on.
Here I am demonstrating the smooth, soft-closing drawers of a newly installed kitchen. I check every single component myself to ensure it meets our quality standards.
A glimpse into my factory where my team is assembling the cabinet boxes. We build everything ourselves, which allows me to control the quality of materials and construction.
My team carefully assembling the base cabinets for a large U-shaped kitchen in our workshop. We use moisture-resistant HDHMR board, which is ideal for Indian cooking environments.
A quick look at a drawer being tested. Even the simplest components are checked to ensure they can handle daily use for years to come.
A video showing the final lighting setup in a kitchen. The combination of pendant lights, spotlights, and integrated LED strips creates a beautiful and functional ambiance.
Work in progress on a kitchen with tall, tinted glass display units. You can see the warm glow of the internal LED lighting we were installing.
A behind-the-scenes look at an installation in progress. My team is fitting a rolling shutter unit for an appliance garage.
About this collection
Most carpenters create a mess at your home for weeks, but because we build everything in our own factory, we minimize the dust and chaos. We bring finished, pre-assembled cabinets to your site, which allows us to complete your installation in just 30 days.
When you choose a modular kitchen, the quality depends entirely on the machinery used to cut and edge-band the boards. In our workshop, we use advanced technology to ensure every piece fits perfectly. We rely on High-Density High Moisture Resistance (HDHMR) boards because they are built to handle the humidity and heavy-duty usage of Indian cooking.
We do not just assemble; we manufacture. From the precise cutting of aluminum profiles for glass shutters to the installation of soft-close hydraulic hinges, every step happens under our supervision. You can see in our videos how we test every drawer slide and pull-out mechanism before it ever reaches your house. This is how we ensure that a kitchen installed by us is still working smoothly five or ten years down the line. We don't believe in outsourcing the core work because that is where quality gets lost. By keeping production in-house, we control the cost, the material grade, and the finish. If you want to see how we transform a raw space into a functional kitchen, you are welcome to reach out and discuss your project. We handle everything from the initial measurements to the final cleanup.
