Golden Hour & Outdoor Portrait Sessions
I love chasing that perfect golden glow, whether we're at a beach, a park, or a hidden city corner. It's all about capturing a vibe that feels real and cinematic, not just posed.
A shot from a golden hour session in a park. I love how the setting sun filters through the trees, creating a natural, warm light that's perfect for dreamy portraits.
From the same outdoor series, playing with the lush green background. I focused the light to highlight the subject, making her stand out from the natural environment.
Another portrait from the same set, showing how we can use the surrounding leaves and branches to create a sense of depth and frame the shot in a natural way.
A close-up portrait from our golden hour shoot. The soft, warm light and the bokeh in the background come together to create a really magical, film-like quality.
This is the kind of light I chase. We caught the perfect golden hour glow at the beach for this portrait, creating that dreamy, warm vibe I love so much.
Using the city's architecture to frame a portrait. I love finding interesting angles and pockets of light to create a dreamy, editorial look even in an urban setting.
A candid moment from a beach shoot in Goa. The goal was to capture a relaxed, peaceful vibe with the waves and palm trees creating a perfect natural backdrop.
About this collection
I shoot mainly in RAW files, which helps me push those shadows and colors exactly where I want them during grading. The look you see in my photos isn't just about the natural light—it's about the hours I spend making sure the mood feels consistent, like a film frame.
Finding the light
Golden hour photography is my absolute favorite. It is the time when Mumbai’s chaotic streets or the quiet coastline suddenly soften, giving us that warm, dreamy light that needs almost no help. I usually start our session around 2 to 3 hours before sunset so we can play with different angles and lighting shifts.
My approach
I am not a fan of over-processing. My retouching style is all about polishing the vibe rather than changing how you look. Whether we’re shooting at a beach, near some heritage architecture, or in a park, I’m constantly looking for pockets of light to frame you.
What to expect
For outdoor sessions, we usually stick to one location to make the most of the changing sun. I will guide you through posing if you need it, but I’m always looking for those candid, happy moments that happen in between the official shots. If you have a specific vibe in mind—maybe something moody, editorial, or just super chill—let me know. I love collaborating on ideas before we even pick up the camera.

Rahul
I'm Rahul. I live for that golden hour glow and spend way too much time editing to make sure the mood in every frame feels like a movie. If you are looking for photos that feel like you and not just a stiff pose, let's chat.
