We love using props like the yoga wheel to deepen stretches and improve flexibility. Here you can see a member working on backbends and core exercises, adding a new dimension to her practice.

We also incorporate strength training elements to complement your yoga practice. Here are two of our members pushing their limits with weighted pushups and wall-assisted handstands, building serious power.

This is what support looks like. A member confidently holds a Sirsasana or headstand, surrounded and encouraged by her yoga sisters during our International Yoga Day session. We ensure you feel safe attempting advanced poses.

We have designed our yoga classes at Vikaspuri and Paschim Vihar to be the opposite of a boring, rigid gym environment. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to refine your inversions, our sessions blend Hatha Yoga for stability and Power Yoga for that extra burn.

Every class includes a mix of physical postures, calming pranayama, and meditation. But the real difference is the vibe. We are a sisterhood where you can focus on building core strength, flexibility, and balance without the awkwardness of a typical gym. Ladies-only evening batches are particularly popular, offering a safe, supportive space to practice.

What makes our classes different? We actually encourage interaction. It's normal to see members helping each other with a stretch or cheering during a challenging pose. We provide mats and props, so just bring your energy. We also offer couple yoga sessions for those looking to practice together. If you are worried about your level, don't be—our instructors are there to adjust your form verbally and physically, ensuring you progress safely at your own pace.
