I designed this grand entrance for a corporate annual event, creating a memorable walk-in experience. The setup features a custom golden framework, geometric lanterns, and dramatic fairy lights over a bold chevron-patterned carpet to set a sophisticated and modern tone.
This is a glimpse of a Halloween-themed decoration I did for a corporate party. I transformed the venue with a spooky entrance tunnel, custom-lit props like jack-o'-lanterns, and atmospheric elements like skeletons and spiderwebs to create a fully immersive experience.
About Custom Themed Events
When it comes to themes like Halloween or branded events, the trick is in the props and lighting. I do not just put up balloons, but instead build tunnels, set up custom backdrops, and integrate lighting to make sure the vibe is exactly what you asked for. Everything gets secured tight, so you do not have to worry about anything falling apart mid-party.
Every event needs a different mood. For the Halloween setup you see in the photos, I built a custom tunnel and used specific lighting effects to turn a normal hallway into a spooky walkthrough. It is not just about throwing decor on the wall.
My Technical Approach
I use a mix of fabric, reusable props like hay bales or thematic cutouts, and LED PAR cans for wall washing to change the room's color. If you need a branded backdrop for an annual day, I make sure the fabric drapes, lighting, and stage elements align with your company colors.
Reliability and Setup
The biggest problem with corporate setups is flimsy installations. I fix that. My installations, from entrance tunnels to stage structures, are built to last through the entire event.
