Home Haldi & Mehendi Setup
Theme & Backdrop
- Dimensions: Standard 8ft x 8ft or 10ft x 8ft backdrop suitable for drawing rooms or terraces.
- Design: Choice of Traditional Yellow or Vibrant Multicolor drapes.
- Materials: Fresh local Marigold strings for the main look, reinforced with artificial flowers on the upper frame.
Furniture & Props
- Seating: One 2 seater sofa or floor mattress setup with bolster cushions.
- Props: Includes 2 to 4 Rajasthani umbrellas, 2 Brass Urlis with petals, and painted wooden crates.
- Signage: One standard Haldi or Mehendi cutout attached to the backdrop.
Floor & Entrance
- Flooring: Rugs or printed carpets for the main stage area.
- Welcome: Signage on an easel stand with a small marigold bunch.
- Rangoli: Small flower petal rangoli at the entry.
Logistics

Execution
- Manpower: 5 to 6 member team for truss installation and heavy setup.

- Haldi & Mehendi ceremonies: Expect rangon ki bahaar (burst of colors) with Colorful Mehendi backdrops and genda phool everywhere. From classic yellow themes to vibrant drapes, I set up cozy seating, props like Rajasthani umbrellas, and urlis with flowers.
- Engagements: For your ring ceremony and stage decoration, I create grand floral arches for wedding entrances, pastel themes, and shimmery walls. Chandeliers and neon signs add drama.
- Wedding Day: Full setup from mandap to grand entrances. I can transform ceilings with hanging flowers and fabric canopies. I drape the whole venue if needed, even the building facade.
- Home Events: I turn any living room, balcony, or house entrance into an event spot. Anniversaries, pujas, family parties - I make small spaces look festive.
