Festive and Themed Corporate Office Decor
We turn standard office spaces into immersive environments for festivals, launches, and team celebrations. From seasonal magic to branded installations, we handle the entire setup so your team can focus on the party.
Photo booths are a must have for any celebration. I designed this whimsical Christmas photo corner using a combination of balloon art to create candy canes and ornaments, custom-cut trees, and a bold red backdrop. It’s a fun, festive, and perfectly Instagrammable addition to any corporate holiday party.
Ringing in the New Year with sparkle. This photo booth features a shimmering gold sequin wall, a "Happy New Year" neon sign, and a festive balloon arch in gold, black, and red. It's a glamorous setup perfect for corporate New Year's events.
A behind the scenes look at the setup for a New Year's Eve party. This rose gold sequin wall, paired with a black and gold balloon garland, creates a chic and celebratory backdrop for guests to capture the last moments of the year.
For Valentine's Day, I created this stunning photo opportunity in a corporate cafe. A large heart-shaped arch made of red roses, surrounded by heart-shaped balloons, provided a romantic and festive touch for employees to enjoy.
This sweet Valentine's Day installation features a teddy bear holding a heart made of red roses, topped with a "Love" balloon. It's a charming decor piece that adds a touch of warmth and fun to any office or retail space during the season of love.
Celebrating Republic Day with a grand entrance. I designed this balloon arch in the colors of the Indian flag, flanked by backdrops celebrating the 75th anniversary. It creates a proud and patriotic welcome for employees and visitors.
A beautiful and traditional way to celebrate Republic Day. This floor decoration features a floral rangoli of the Indian flag and the Ashoka Chakra, meticulously crafted from marigold and other flower petals.
A look at various decor elements for a corporate Republic Day celebration at Indus Towers. The decorations included tricolor balloon pillars with historical flag facts, butterfly cutouts on glass walls, and intricate flower rangolis.
To welcome employees back to the office, I designed this fun and nostalgic "Back to School" theme. The decor included a custom welcome banner, a school bus photo booth cutout, and other playful, school-themed props to create a lighthearted atmosphere.
About Festive & Themed Decor
Setting up in an active office environment requires precision and zero disruption to your daily operations. We manage the entire process, from early-morning installations to careful dismantling, ensuring your workspace looks completely transformed without anyone missing a beat of their workday.
We approach every project with a specific goal: creating a space that makes people feel something real about their company. Whether we are styling an office for a major festival like Diwali or creating an interactive brand activation for a product launch, we focus on the visual elements that actually work in a professional setting.
For festive setups, we move beyond simple banners. We use a mix of traditional and modern elements, such as custom floral rangolis for Diwali, tricolor balloon arches for Republic Day, or festive trees and lighting for Christmas. We have worked with teams like those at Meta in Gurgaon, so we understand the importance of respecting corporate boundaries while still bringing in a sense of occasion.
When it comes to brand launches, we treat your product as the star. We have managed experiential setups for clients like Indri Single Malt, where we used moody lighting and 3D props to create a specific atmosphere. The same logic applies to employee engagement themes, such as our 'Back to School' activations, where we use props like custom cutouts to generate a bit of nostalgia and fun.
Logistics are the most important part of our process. We handle the material sourcing, transport, setup before your employees arrive, and the cleanup afterward. You get a space that looks entirely new, and you do not have to lift a finger.
