(Hero Media) This is where magic takes root. For this special birthday, we built a musical garden of joy, a world where handcrafted bells chimed with laughter and vibrant colors danced in the sunlight. It’s more than decor; it’s a story waiting to be felt.
We transformed a milestone birthday into a glamorous Casino Night, where every detail, from the rich red drapes to the custom life-sized playing cards, was designed for an evening of sophisticated fun and high-stakes excitement.
We honor tradition by weaving it into stunning visual stories. This vibrant backdrop, made entirely of fresh marigolds and jasmine, was the heart of a Myra ceremony, creating a sacred space that felt both grand and deeply personal.
For a classic and intimate baby shower, we used a soft Mocha Mousse color palette to create a world of gentle sophistication. Layers of custom drapes and delicate white florals came together to wrap the celebration in calm, grace, and warmth.
The purest moments are the most beautiful. Here, a child’s uninhibited joy is the centerpiece of our work. We create interactive spaces with details like these hanging bells, inviting little ones to play, explore, and make their own magic.
When a little girl dreams of Elsa but her mom wants something more subtle, we find the magic in the middle. We transformed a rustic brewery into a mystical winter fairyland, using elegant details to tell a story of snow and enchantment.
We brought the Pride Lands to life for a special second birthday. This dessert table was a feast for the eyes, with a stunning Lion King cake, themed treats, and rustic details that transported guests straight to the heart of the savannah.
A tablescape should be an experience. For this fresh and modern baby shower, we used the vibrancy of citrus and the soft glow of candlelight to create a setting that felt both organic and incredibly chic.
Sometimes, the best-laid plans are changed by the weather, but that's where our real work begins. This is the story of how we transformed an indoor space into a lush jungle when the rain came, showing the heart and hustle behind the magic.
We set the stage for an unforgettable cocktail party under the stars. A shimmering sequin backdrop, elegant pampas grass arrangements, and the soulful sounds of a live acoustic set created an atmosphere of pure glamour and intimacy.

When I started Roomance, I wanted to move away from the generic planner label. Decor is just the canvas, and the story is what we paint on it. In Bengaluru, where venues range from cozy home terraces to sprawling event halls, we have learned that the secret to a great event is adaptability.

For our younger clients, we aim for wonder. We have designed everything from Lion King savannahs to musical gardens with handcrafted bells. We know kids can be particular, and parents often want themes that do not look commercial. We bridge that gap, finding the balance between a child's bright imagination and an aesthetic that adults appreciate too.
Intimate Milestones & Baby Showers
For baby showers and adult milestones like 75th birthdays or cocktail nights, we lean into sophistication. We love using trends like Mocha Mousse palettes or pampas grass arrangements to create environments that feel refined yet comfortable.
Respecting Tradition
Heritage ceremonies like Myra or Bhaat are deeply personal. We treat these with reverence, using fresh marigolds, Pichwai-inspired motifs, and traditional drapes. We understand the significance of these rituals and ensure our decor adds beauty without overpowering the sanctity of the moment.
The Reality of the Process
We have had rain ruin outdoor setups and tight deadlines test our nerves. We do not hide these moments because they are part of the journey. If we promise a setup, we show up to make it happen, rain or shine. We focus on the details that matter, like the right lighting, the texture of a tablecloth, and the placement of every floral bunch, to ensure your event feels personal, considered, and uniquely yours.
