We believe our own studio is the best proof of our work. See how we transformed a bare commercial space in Thane into a functional, modern office using smart space planning and custom fabrication.

From a bare shell to a finished design studio. This video shows the complete transformation of my own workspace. We installed a mezzanine, a sleek glass partition for the meeting room, and custom arched wall niches for a unique design feature.

Here’s a closer look at the construction process for my studio. You can see the team installing wooden flooring on the mezzanine level and the initial setup of the track lighting system, which gives the space a modern, industrial feel.

Lighting is crucial in any design. This shows the electrical work for my studio, where we installed exposed conduit piping for the track lights. This is a key detail that contributes to the studio's contemporary aesthetic.

About Our Studio: A Showcase of Our Work

When we built this studio in Thane, our biggest challenge was vertical space. We added a mezzanine to double our floor area without making the cabin feel cramped, and installed track lighting with exposed conduits to keep the ceiling height intact. It is the same logic we apply to offices and shops across Mumbai: prioritize function, use smart storage to keep it clean, and then layer in the lighting to make it look premium.

This is the final look of the Coral Vintage office. I used booth-style seating and layered lighting to create a sense of spaciousness and warmth, making every inch of this compact office functional and beautiful. Let your space speak for you.
From this angle, you can see the custom display niches for decor and the large glass door that brings in natural light. The layout is designed for a smooth client flow and a welcoming atmosphere, even in a narrow space.
Details matter. I chose vintage-style chairs with cane webbing and rich, fluted wood paneling to add texture and character. These elements come together to create a sophisticated and comfortable workspace for my client.

This is the main workstation area from 'The Terra Office'. I focused on creating a warm, uncluttered, and productive environment using natural wood tones, a fluted ceiling for texture, and clean, modern lines.
