This video shows the transformation of the LIC office at Nariman Point. We went from a basic site to a fully-equipped workspace with a long, continuous desk setup, ergonomic chairs, and clean white and wood-tone finishes for a professional look.

About this collection
For our LIC office project in Nariman Point, we prioritized daily workflow by building custom, full-height storage units and linear workstations tailored to the floor plate. We opted for a clean white and wood laminate palette to maximize ambient light and keep the environment professional. Every piece of furniture was fabricated on-site, ensuring we utilized every corner of the commercial space effectively.
Our Approach to Office Interiors
Designing a commercial space is different from residential work. It needs to be durable, high-capacity, and distraction-free. In our Nariman Point project, we moved from a bare shell to a fully functional office by focusing on three key areas:
- Smart Space Planning: We utilized vertical storage with overhead cabinets to keep the floor clear. In Mumbai, where commercial real estate is premium, wasting space on poor layouts is not an option.
- Material Selection: We used BWP plywood with high-grade laminates to handle the high traffic of an office environment. This ensures the desks and cabinets don't chip or peel after six months of use.
- Lighting and Infrastructure: Offices need bright, consistent lighting to reduce eye strain. We implemented a mix of grid ceilings and LED panel lights that provide a clean, 4000K-6000K illumination.
The Turnkey Process
We don't just hand over a 3D drawing and leave. Our team is on-site managing the carpenters, electricians, and painters daily. This hands-on approach allows us to make real-time adjustments—like repositioning a switchboard or resizing a workstation partition—to ensure the final build matches the actual needs of your employees. Whether you are setting up a retail store, a private office, or a corporate workspace, we ensure the execution is as sharp as the plan.
