Scope of Service

- Troubleshooting: Identifying causes for "No Signal", black screens, or flickering video (often wire damage or loose contacts).
- Connector Fixes: Replacement or re-crimping of up to 4 BNC/DC connectors if found rusted or faulty.
- Maintenance: Physical cleaning of camera lenses to remove dust/webs for clearer night vision.
- Configuration: Password reset assistance (if supported) and mobile view re-configuration.
Exclusions
- Spare Parts: Replacement of major hardware like burnt Cameras, failed SMPS units, or crashed Hard Drives is charged extra.
- Rewiring: Extensive cable replacement is charged per meter.

Aisa koi kaam nahi jo mushkil ho - I handle everything, even fixing at circuit level. Worked on big jobs too, like with Delhi Police for Public Safety Surveillance.
