About My Journey in Law
A lot of people see the robes and the awards and think lawyering is just about winning arguments. Real talk? It is mostly long nights, piles of case files, and navigating a system that is not always fair. Building an independent practice from scratch in Delhi taught me that being a good lawyer is not just about knowing the sections, it is about understanding the human struggle behind every client who walks through my door.
Lawyering is often portrayed as high-stakes drama, but the reality is quite different. It is built on discipline, endless reading of precedents, and the resilience to stand your ground when the legal system feels overwhelming. When I started as a first-generation advocate, I realized early on that my clients were not looking for complex Latin phrases or inflated promises. They were looking for clarity.
Whether I am appearing before the Supreme Court of India or handling a local property dispute, my approach remains the same: translate the law into plain language. That is why I focused on building an office space in Jangpura where people can walk in, sit down, and discuss their problems without feeling intimidated by the legal process.
My practice covers a spectrum, from handling sensitive matrimonial cases and domestic violence defense to navigating complex cyber law issues like bank account freezes. Every accolade and award, such as the Legal Services Excellence Award, serves as a reminder that this path requires constant learning.
