About Criminal Law
Aaj kal criminal law ki samasyaen (criminal law problems) har kisi ko touch kar sakti hain. Main yahan hoon to break it down for you - koi bhi confusion ho, I’ll keep it simple and straight, bina kisi unnecessary legal bhashan ke (without any unnecessary legal lectures).
Practical Advice, Not Just Theory
- I explain law in daily language, not legal jargon, so you actually get what’s happening.
- Many times, settlement is better than endless court rounds - paisa bhi bachega, mental peace bhi.
- I’ll tell you upfront if your case is better solved outside court.
Dealing with Police & FIR
- If the police won't file your FIR, option hai - Section 156(3) CrPC ke through magistrate court ja sakte ho (you can approach the magistrate court).
- Know your rights during police arrest - like being told your FIR number, calling family, and asking for a medical checkup.
- You can even record video inside a police station agar kuch gadbad ho rahi ho (if something fishy is happening).
Bail & Arrest Basics
- Anticipatory bail procedure is not automatic protection - right timing & case details matter.
- For simple disputes (like false 498A case defense), sometimes just joining investigation after police notice is enough. Serious charges need a different plan.
Special Focus Areas
- I regularly handle false rape allegations, misuse of 498A, and cybercrime issues.
- Evidence for cybercrime cases is key - keep chats, call records, and devices safe.
- Stay updated with new BNS laws - hit & run, dog bite FIRs, false promise to marry, sab cover karta hoon (I cover all these).
Why Evidence Rules
- Evidence is everything. Log badal jate hain, par evidence nahi (people change, evidence doesn’t).
- WhatsApp chats, recordings, social posts - all work in court if you follow the right process.
If you’re stuck, confused, or just want to know your real options, I keep it real - koi hawa nahi, sirf facts aur solutions (no hype, just facts and solutions).

My Story
First-gen advocates like us, every day is a new lesson. From Vizag to Shimla, each case brings its own story, kuch sikhata hai (teaches something). Setting up our own office, that too with maa ka ashirwad (mom's blessings) and family ka support, was a dream. Litigation means no real holidays, just changing scenes. But work hard, party harder, that's our mantra. Life has ups and downs, but with a smile and some guts, we keep moving. Grateful for this journey, and those who walk with us.
