A Look Inside My Daily Law Practice
Litigation is not just about paperwork. It is about being on the ground, navigating the Supreme Court and district courts every single day to fight for your rights.
Here I am with my team outside the Supreme Court of India for a bail hearing. Practicing law often means being on your feet, moving between courts to fight for your clients' freedom and rights.
A day at the Tis Hazari District Courts in Delhi. My work takes me to all levels of the judiciary, from local district courts to the highest court in the land, ensuring every client gets a fair chance at justice.
On-site at the Sub Divisional Civil Complex. Whether the case is big or small, my passion is advocating for my clients and ensuring their voice is heard in the halls of justice.
A quick video montage showing a typical day heading to the Supreme Court. The path to justice is a journey I am proud to walk every day for my clients.
A moment in my office. Behind every case are hours of research, strategy, and preparation. As they say, time is money, and in law, using time effectively is key to winning for my clients.
A quick update from my car after a long day handling cyber cell matters. Every day in litigation brings new challenges and learnings, and I am committed to sharing these insights with you all.
In my chamber, focused on the next case. The caption says it all: an injury isn't the end of the story. We will take action because we are determined, not just quiet saints.
About A Look Inside My Law Practice
Litigation is rarely a 9 to 5 desk job. Whether I am filing a bail application at Tis Hazari or arguing before a bench at the Supreme Court, every minute counts. Law is about being present, active, and relentless. If you are stuck in a legal deadlock, knowing exactly when to file and which court to approach is often the difference between winning and a long, drawn out struggle.
Most people only see a lawyer in the courtroom, but the actual work happens before the judge even walks in. From drafting Section 173 BNSS complaints to managing RTI escalations, my days are spent navigating the complexities of Delhi's judicial system.
Handling criminal matters, specifically NDPS bail hearings or false 498A cases, requires more than just reading the law. It requires presence. I believe in being physically visible in the courts to push for progress. This means visiting a police station to ensure an FIR is registered, or coordinating with the Investigating Officer to shield my clients from unnecessary pressure and harassment.
The photos on this page show my journey across the Supreme Court and district courts. Behind every image is a case, a deadline, and a real person relying on me for justice. If you have been caught in a legal web, be it an online scam, a property dispute, or a matrimonial issue, do not wait for the situation to fix itself. The law offers remedies, but only if you take the right steps at the right time. My practice is focused on giving you that clear, actionable advice so you know exactly where you stand.
