From Concept to Acclaim
Every structure begins as a quiet conversation between space and thought. These drawings and accolades represent the bridge between our studio’s initial vision and the physical reality we construct.
An axonometric drawing of the House Around the Oblique Column. This conceptual view illustrates the entire spatial organization, showing the relationship between the building, pool, and landscape.
An elevation drawing of the House Around the Oblique Column. This graphic representation shows the formal composition of the facade, its proportions, and the rhythm of its openings.
A sectional drawing that cuts through the House Around the Oblique Column. This view reveals the interior volumes, the double-height spaces, and the connection between different levels.
The site plan for Tubu in Chandigarh, illustrating how the individual dining pods are scattered throughout the landscape. The drawing shows our strategy of adaptive reuse and minimal environmental impact.
Our project, Tubu, featured in Architectural Digest. This publication highlights the project's unique approach to creating a garden restaurant with matte black pods emerging from a wild, green landscape.
A spread from Architectural Digest on the Tubu project. The feature discusses the careful integration of the new structures into the existing natural environment and the use of a Scandinavian design ethos.
I was honored to receive a Kohler Bold Design Award for my retail interior work. This recognition affirms my commitment to creating bold, narrative-driven spaces that push the boundaries of design.
About this collection
Our design process is rooted in rigorous spatial logic, transforming raw concepts into architectural realities. Every drawing you see here serves as a precise map for the light, shadow, and structural rhythm we aim to achieve, ensuring that the final execution remains faithful to the initial vision.
Architecture, for us, is an act of translation. Before a single stone is laid or a column is poured, we engage in a deep study of the site and the intended narrative. The drawings showcased in this gallery—ranging from the axonometric views of the House Around the Oblique Column to the site plans for Tubu—are the blueprints of this dialogue.
We do not view architectural drawings as mere administrative requirements. They are the instruments through which we choreograph the guest experience. When we designed the garden restaurant Tubu in Chandigarh, the sketches were essential to understanding how to nestle structures into the existing landscape without disturbing the green belt. These documents represent our commitment to precision, detailing everything from the beam angles to the material junctions.
Recognition from industry bodies like the Trends Excellence Awards and Kohler Bold Design Awards validates this path, but the true measure of our work lies in the translation from paper to place. Whether we are planning the circulation for a retail flagship or the massing for a private residence, our goal is to maintain the integrity of that first, vital sketch. By controlling the technical details early, we ensure that the warmth of the materials and the intensity of the light in the final space are as we intended.
