This video provides a dynamic look at the facade of our mixed-use project. It captures how the building's textured screen interacts with sunlight and how its modern form is complemented by the surrounding trees.

A photograph capturing the essence of our mixed-use building design. The textured wooden facade screen provides privacy and sun shading while creating a strong visual statement against the clean, light-colored walls of the structure.

A detailed shot of the articulated facade on our mixed-use project. This element is not just decorative; it is a functional screen that adds depth, texture, and a dynamic play of shadows to the building's exterior throughout the day.

This low-angle view shows the relationship between the building's different materials. The smooth, tiled lower floors contrast with the textured wooden screen above, clearly defining the different functional zones within the mixed-use development.

Another perspective of the mixed-use building, emphasizing its clean lines and the geometric precision of its window placements. The design reflects our commitment to creating architecture that is both contemporary and elegant.

About Mixed-Use Building: Facade Innovation

This design uses an articulated wooden screen to solve two problems at once. It creates necessary privacy and sun shading for the residential zones above, while allowing the commercial ground floor to maintain a distinct, open visual identity. The screen is designed to shift with the sunlight, giving the building a different presence throughout the day.
