We treat every commercial space as a unique puzzle rather than a repeat design. From the geometric facade at CHAMPON to the circulation flow at GRASSROOT, our focus is on technical execution. We stay on-site to handle the real-world adjustments, from lighting placement to material selection, that transform a 3D plan into a functional, breathing environment.
Design is not just about the final photos. It is the sum of measurements, floor layouts, and the way a person moves through a room. At Realm Studiio, we operate on a core philosophy: Less clutter, more harmony. When we design a restaurant like CHAMPON, we are not just picking wood and stone. We are balancing the acoustic needs, the flow of the kitchen staff, and the way light interacts with the facade to create a distinct atmosphere.
Our process is hands-on. Whether we are providing full-service design and build for a retail store or offering consultancy for a new cafe, we prioritize the site's context. We use raw, earthy textures and intentional spatial planning to ensure every element has a purpose. If it does not add to the function or the feeling of the space, it does not make it into the final drawing.
We work across Mumbai on varied project types:

- Technical Planning: For clients who have their own labor teams, we provide comprehensive consultancy, including 3D renders, GFC drawings, and bills of quantities.
- Turnkey Execution: For those who want a fully finished space, we manage the entire build, ensuring materials like terrazzo, Italian marble, and custom joinery are installed to our standards.
Our goal is to build spaces that stand the test of time, grounded in practicality and designed for the people who will actually use them.
