About Authentic Odia Catering
Why I Do This
For me, cooking Odia food is about much more than business - it's about devotion and making you feel at home, even if you're far from Odisha. I love seeing guests relive memories through food, especially here in Bengaluru where that proper Odia taste is hard to find sometimes.
The Sacred 'Abhada' Experience
My real passion is recreating the true 'Aabhada Bhoga' - the sacred temple meal of Jagannath Temple. I go all out to make this feel as real as possible:
- Serving from clay kuduas (pots)
- Meals on banana leaves, guests sitting pangat style (in rows) like at the temple
- My staff wear dhoti & vest, just like at a proper Odia puja
This is perfect for religious occasions, grihaprabesh (housewarming), or if you just want that divine touch for your event. People say it's as close as you can get to an authentic Jagannath prasad experience outside Puri.
Menus & Flexibility
While temple-style Abhada is our highlight, I customize the menu for your needs. Veg or non-veg, mega event or family get-together - I can adjust spice levels, add local favorites, all that. Guest comfort comes first, so I keep things simple and homely.
Service & Quality
I’ve handled 15+ events a week, so logistics aren’t a problem. Banana leaf service, buffet, or even live counters - you pick. I stick to fresh, high-quality ingredients and no shortcuts. Basically, I want you to feel the warmth and nostalgia of home with every bite.

Easy Peasy Catering
My Story
Namaskar, I’m Chef Mukti. Jay Jagannath! My food journey started with the magic of Odia traditions and the famous 56 Bhoga. Food is love, emotion, and a bit of madness, I believe. After 4 years and 1500+ events, I still get a kick from seeing people smile when they eat our food. It’s all about making memories.
