Behind the Scenes of My Mehndi Art
Get a glimpse into my meditation. See how I pour my heart into every stroke and discover why so many brides trust me with their special stories.
It is a joy to hear such kind words from a happy client. She talks about how she found us, the trial we provided, and how much she loves the final detailed design.
"I just loved it." Hearing this from a happy client makes all the hard work worth it. She loved how we brought her vision to life with beautiful, custom designs.
This bride's mehndi tells her life story, from New York to Dubai, with portraits of her family and future husband. I am so happy we could create something so personal for her.
The mother of the bride is just as important! It was an honor to adorn her hands and hear her praise for our team's perfect and beautiful work.
A bride on her wedding day, glowing with happiness. Her testimonial about our delicate work is the best compliment we could ever receive.
A happy client at her mehndi function, showing off the family portrait on her palm. Moments like these are what make my art feel like a blessing.
A glimpse into the process. Here, I am carefully applying a design, showing the focus and steady hand required for this art form.
About this collection
Before we even touch a cone, I offer a trial run for all my brides. It is not just about the design, but about seeing how the natural henna reacts with your skin. I use a chemical-free paste mixed with eucalyptus oil, which ensures that rich, deep maroon stain you see in my gallery.
When you walk into my studio in Rajouri Garden, or when I visit your home, it is not just a service, it is a collaboration. I believe that every hand tells a story, and my job is to listen closely. Whether you want an intricate portrait of your partner, a traditional Radha-Krishna motif, or a modern geometric pattern, I sketch the layout with patience before the application begins.
My process relies on 100% natural henna. I never use chemicals, and I always finish the application with a lemon-sugar sealant spray. This is the secret to a deep, dark color that lasts. If you have sensitive skin, especially for maternity mehndi, I use special lavender-oil based henna that is safe and gentle.
I also understand that a wedding can be chaotic. My team and I are trained to work efficiently without compromising on the neatness or the fine details that make a design stand out in photos. I keep my workspace clean, respect your time, and ensure you are comfortable throughout the hours-long process. If you have a specific idea or a complex family portrait you want hidden in the jali (mesh) work, let me know in advance. I love a challenge, and I am always ready to translate your emotions into art.
