Bollywood & Hindi Melodies
I enjoy reinterpreting Bollywood tracks, often creating mashups or giving them a new twist. My focus is always on bringing out the emotion in the lyrics, making the performance feel like a real, heartfelt conversation.
This was a fun experiment, blending two Bollywood songs I love, "Kuch Khaas Hai" and "Chahun Main Ya Na". You can hear me in a home studio setup with headphones and a mic, working with my collaborator Nishant on the arrangement. This is how I approach creating unique tracks for projects.
I'm often told I should sing more Hindi songs, so here is a favorite. This is "Yeh Tumhari Meri Baatein," a beautiful composition that shows my softer, more melodic side. It’s a great example of the clear, gentle vocal delivery I can provide for Hindi language projects.

When I work on Bollywood tracks, I don’t just want to replicate the original. I look for the conversation in the lyrics and arrange them in a way that feels organic—whether that's blending two songs into a mashup or stripping back a popular tune to its acoustic roots. My approach to Hindi music is heavily influenced by my love for Jazz, Blues, and Folk. I find that when you strip away the heavy production often found in mainstream Bollywood tracks, you get to the core emotion of the songwriter. That is where I live.
Whether I’m performing live for a private event in Bengaluru or recording a track in my home studio, I focus on the conversational quality of the song. I’ve worked on mashups that combine popular hits with lesser-known gems, carefully balancing the melody and the narrative.
Technically, I ensure the audio quality is pristine. For recorded projects, I use a large-diaphragm condenser microphone and work with experienced mixing engineers to deliver a clean, broadcast-ready WAV file within 48 hours. I’m comfortable collaborating with other musicians for arrangement, as I did for my rendition of 'Kuch Khaas Hai' and 'Chahun Main Ya Na'.
