These aren't studio-polished recordings. This is my space for vocal warm-ups, raw experimentation, and finding truth in the music. Welcome to my practice room.

A clip of me working on technique with an Italian classical piece, "Pianissimo". This kind of practice is incredibly humbling and essential for my growth as a singer, even though my main focus is jazz and blues.

Practicing an Italian classical piece by Vivaldi. I find that returning to classical music is a wonderful way to warm up my voice and maintain vocal health.

A one-take performance of "Satisfied" from the musical Hamilton. This challenging piece was a great way to test how far I've come in my vocal journey, blending different styles.

A stripped-down acoustic cover of "My Hero" by Foo Fighters. Sometimes the most powerful performances are the simplest, allowing the emotion of the lyrics to shine through.

Singing "For a Dancer" by Jackson Browne. His music has been a constant companion, and this song is one I would want played at my own funeral. It's deeply meaningful to me.

An acoustic cover of "The Middle" by Jimmy Eat World. This song's message has always stayed with me, and I love performing this longer, stripped-down version.

A cover of "Promise Me" by Beverley Craven. I love singing ballads, and this beautiful song from an underrated artist has always been a favorite of mine.

About this collection

What you see here is exactly how I prepare for a gig or a new collaboration. These are one-take videos, often filmed in my home setup, where I push my vocal range with everything from Italian classical pieces to the Foo Fighters. There is no autotune or heavy production, just me, my instrument, and a commitment to keeping the performance real.

Why I share my practice process

I believe the magic of live music happens in the struggle—the part the audience rarely sees. When I work on a track, whether it’s a French chanson like Carla Bruni or a complex Hamilton cover, I’m not just learning notes. I’m figuring out how to make that song speak to the room.

My practice room is where I get rusty, stumble over Italian diction, and eventually find the phrasing that clicks. Returning to classical exercises is my way of staying grounded; it keeps my voice healthy so I can pivot between styles on stage.

What this means for your event

When you hire me for an event in Bangalore or across India, you aren't getting a canned, pre-recorded performance. You are getting someone who understands the technicality of the music and the soul of the performance.

Whether you need an acoustic duo for a quiet evening of jazz and blues, or a high-energy band set for a launch, my approach is consistent: we serve the song. My goal is to build an atmosphere that feels genuine to you and your guests, not just background noise.
