How We Train

No boring, copy-paste coaching. I focus on racket sports fundamentals - grip, stance, footwork, and injury prevention. Then, I build on shot mastery, strategy for singles and doubles, and on-court thinking. Fitness is always part of the mix, with drills for agility and stamina.
