About Our Story & Promise
You see the awards, but my real thrill is watching a plate of Dal Makhani come back wiped clean. We built this from a single, humble angithi because we were tired of finding mediocre vegetarian food. We aren't about fancy garnishes; we are about getting the smoke right, the spice mix balanced, and the chaap textures perfect, whether it is at your party or our outlet.
11 years ago, we did not start with a big office or a massive team. We started with one traditional charcoal stove and a stubborn belief: vegetarian food deserves to be as bold, smoky, and satisfying as anything else. We realized that finding authentic, hearty Punjabi food that was also 100% pure veg was a task, so we decided to solve it ourselves.
What started as a kitchen experiment turned into 16 outlets across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Dehradun. The secret is simple. We treat our kitchen like a temple and our ingredients like family.
