About Our Story & Promise
You see the awards, but my real thrill is watching a plate of Dal Makhani come back wiped clean. We built this from a single, humble angithi because we were tired of finding mediocre vegetarian food. We aren't about fancy garnishes; we are about getting the smoke right, the spice mix balanced, and the chaap textures perfect, whether it is at your party or our outlet.
