Inside our gym, where players work on their strength and conditioning. Our trainers ensure that the form is correct to maximize results and prevent injuries during exercises like bench presses and squats.

Strength training is a core part of our program. Here, a player is doing barbell squats and bench presses under the supervision of a trainer to build lower body and upper body power.

Using band resistance during squats helps train the central nervous system to move faster. This makes a player more explosive, which is crucial for powerful movements in batting, bowling, and fielding.

Pogo jumps are a great tool for teaching athletes to be fast and explosive off the ground. We use them in warm-ups to target calves and shins, improving running speed and agility.
