About Townships & Commercial Hubs
For the 'Oasis Grand Stand' township, we stepped away from traditional, rigid layouts. Instead, we drew inspiration from Formula 1 racing tracks to design fluid, interconnected pathways. This layout creates a cohesive system where residents move seamlessly between the swimming pool, sports courts, and quiet yoga pavilions, rather than treating these zones as isolated islands.
Urban townships and commercial hubs often suffer from disconnected green spaces. We address this by applying biophilic design principles to make every square foot functional.
Our Approach to Urban Landscapes
Whether we are transforming a stilt area in Jhansi or designing a grand entrance plaza in Greater Noida, we focus on two core elements: connectivity and climate-resilience.
- Amenity Zoning: We map out communal areas—like outdoor gyms, sunken seating, and kids' play zones—to ensure they serve a purpose in the daily lives of residents or employees.
- Materiality: We use durable, all-weather materials such as flamed Indian granite, WPC decking, and MS-framed gazebos. These selections ensure the space remains elegant with minimal maintenance, even in high-traffic commercial environments.
- Biophilic Integration: We use vertical green walls and curated palm avenues to reduce the urban heat island effect, turning concrete-heavy sites into breathable, living environments.

We treat every project as a unique ecosystem. In our commercial work, such as the fluid landscapes we designed for Kolkata, we prioritize circulation and sensory experience. By combining sculptural elements with lush, climate-appropriate planting, we ensure the landscape is not just a visual backdrop, but a valuable asset that enhances the property's overall atmosphere.
