About Product & Texture Focus

When shooting products like foaming cleansers or serums, the challenge is managing reflections on glass or plastic packaging. I use a 3-4 point studio lighting setup with custom scrims to ensure the product texture remains the hero while keeping the packaging clean. To ensure we get the right look on set, I maintain a tethered laptop station where you can view every shot in real-time, making adjustments to the product or lighting instantly.
