Professional Wedding and Engagement Saree Draping
Your wedding day look starts with a drape that stays secure from the first ceremony to the last dance. I specialize in making heavy silks and traditional styles comfortable enough to enjoy your special day without constant adjustments.

About Wedding & Engagement Drapes
For weddings and engagements, I use a specific double pinning technique and iron your pleats individually so you can sit, dance, and move freely without worrying about your pallu slipping. My goal is to ensure your heavy Kanjeevaram or traditional Nauvari feels secure for the entire ceremony, allowing you to focus on the celebration rather than your drape.
Getting ready for your big day should be a moment of calm, not a scramble. Whether you are wearing a heavy silk Kanjeevaram, a Banarasi, or a traditional nine-yard Nauvari, my priority is creating a silhouette that is clean, elegant, and durable.
How I Ensure Your Comfort
- Secure Pinning: I use rust-proof, high-tensile safety pins with a concealed technique to keep pleats in place, even if you are performing on stage or attending a long temple ceremony.
- Perfect Silhouette: Every drape begins with careful pleat measurement. I use ironed or hand-pressed pleats to ensure a slim, uniform look that photographs beautifully from every angle.
- Bridal Support: My bridal service goes beyond just the saree. I assist with dupatta setting, jewelry placement, and petticoat adjustments to make sure your entire ensemble is balanced and comfortable.
Serving Mumbai and Beyond
I travel to your home or venue across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. For destination weddings or early morning muhurats, I am fully equipped to arrive on time and get you ready with precision, ensuring you are relaxed before the guests arrive. If you are worried about the weight of your saree or the complexity of a regional drape, let me handle the technique so you can focus on the memories.
