Architectural Design Recognition and Brand Philosophy

My design philosophy is rooted in a blend of global education and local sensitivity. After completing my Master of Architecture at UCLA, I returned to New Delhi to establish Pratinav Chadha Architects with the intent of elevating residential and commercial design through rigorous academic principles.

Academic Recognition

Being featured by the UCLA School of the Arts and Architecture alumni spotlight is a significant milestone. It validates the international standard I strive to maintain in every project, whether it is a retail studio in Delhi or a residence. This recognition underscores that my work is not just locally relevant but aligned with broader global architectural discourse.

Industry Engagement and Precision

Architecture is as much about the process as it is about the final visual. My engagement with manufacturing leaders like Kohler is a deliberate effort to understand the materials and precision engineering that go into high-end bathware. Witnessing the manufacturing process firsthand ensures that when I specify a fixture or a finish for a client's home, I have a deep, technical understanding of its quality and application.

Brand as an Experience

I treat every project as a unique narrative. By reimagining our completed works into collectible concepts, I aim to change how architecture is perceived. It moves away from being a static service and becomes an enduring brand experience. This creative approach—merging architecture with collectible design—is reflective of my commitment to innovation, ensuring that the spaces I build for my clients are distinct, thoughtful, and meticulously detailed.
