- Accountability: You are not alone. Through our WhatsApp check-ins, I personally monitor your food photos and NEAT activity (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). If you fall off track, we correct it immediately.
- Strength & Conditioning: From stadium stair climbs in Jayanagar to plyometrics and marathon drills, our training is designed to make you capable, not just look good. We build bone density for women and functional power for everyone.
