About Event Photography
I’m an engineer by day, but honestly, my heart beats for photography. Most people know me for how I capture the soul of coastal Karavali - especially our wild energy at Kambala and the drama of Yakshagana or Bhoota Kola. Nothing beats the rush of snapping those moments backstage in the chowki or the chaos of Kodihabba in Koteshwara.
What I Love Shooting
- Kambala races (it’s madness, but I wouldn’t miss it for the world)
- Yakshagana and Bhoota Kola, right from makeup to the final act
- Temple festivals that get the whole town buzzing
But it’s not just about tradition. I cover all kinds of events - from small family get-togethers to big awards nights. Candid event photography is my thing, whether I’m catching a couple’s laugh during a pre-wedding shoot or your uncle dancing at a birthday.
How I Work
My style is a mix: I go for natural, unscripted moments, but I’ll guide you for those must-have portraits too. Bright daylight, low-lit temples - I figure out the shot. For big gigs like South Indian wedding photos or corporate events, I bring my team along so nothing gets missed.

Engineer by profession, but honestly, my camera is where my heart sits. Born and raised in Bengaluru, Kundapura, Shivamogga – I’m full-on Karavali, boss! I love clicking Yakshagana drama, Kambala races, and anything that’s got energy and emotion. My albums have everything: travel, family, even our new car. I just want to capture life, as it happens – real, raw, nothing fake.
