Empowerment means nothing without safety and legal clarity. I help women navigate the system, from workplace equity to domestic rights, by turning legal complexity into actual protective action.

We teach our daughters to live in fear, but empowerment without safety is not empowerment. In this talk, I discuss the grim reality of crimes against women, the low conviction rates, and why men must be part of the solution.

Safety is a right, not a luxury, yet women pay a "safety tax" every day. This video breaks down the financial, emotional, and professional costs women bear just to stay safe, from choosing a cab to choosing a career.

True equality for women can only happen with equity. In this talk, I explain that men must be active stakeholders in empowering women, because when a woman rises, she generates employment and empowerment for others.

A clip from a podcast discussing the gender pay gap for women lawyers. You have to value yourself first for others to value you. My time is not free, and I believe women must build a community to support each other.

Women tend to undersell themselves, often letting men take credit for their ideas. I've learned to interrupt and say, "Isn't that what I just said?" It's about owning your contribution and refusing to have your confidence undermined.

I will never put up with any man belittling me or any other woman. This post shares an instance of misogyny I faced and is a reminder to redefine boundaries and not tolerate disrespect.

Dowry killings are not just statistics; they are a cultural wrong. This image highlights the shocking data: 7,000 recorded dowry killings in 2020, with actual numbers likely much higher.

Society seems to accept dowry deaths as mere statistics. While laws have changed, social attitudes have not, and it's not just patriarchy. We must not forget the women who are party to it.

A poster for the #PadsForFreedom initiative. 23 million girls drop out of school in India when they start menstruating. Access to education is a right, and this campaign helps them claim it.

All women stand on the rotten foundations of gender inequity. It is not an absence of legislation but of broken moralities. Once you become fearless, life becomes limitless.

About A Voice for Women: Advocating for Equity & Justice

I see the law as a shield, not just a set of rules. Whether it is questioning why women still pay a 'safety tax' in their careers or fighting for fair representation in workplace disputes, I do not deal in vague theories. When we talk, we deal with the reality of your situation—the FIR process, the bail strategy, or the negotiation—so you know exactly where you stand.
