My house isn't a facility with separate wings; it is a blended home where they share space, beds, and eventually, a mutual understanding. If your dog is curious but respectful, they will fit right into this vibrant dynamic.
Living with both dogs and cats requires a specific kind of harmony, one that I have carefully cultivated over the years. This is not a kennel where animals are locked away. Here, the boundaries are social, not physical. My own dogs, like Scotch and Simba, have been raised alongside feline siblings, and they act as the best teachers for any new visiting pup.

If your dog has a high prey drive or cannot be trusted around smaller animals, this specific setup might not be the right fit, and I will be the first to tell you that during our mandatory trial stay. Safety is the baseline, and harmony is the goal.
