A Day in the Life at Our Cage-Free Boarding
Get a glimpse into what your dog's stay looks like with us. From morning zoomies to evening cuddles, we keep things structured, safe, and just like home.
Complete Goldie chaos, and I love it. This is a glimpse into our supervised play sessions, where dogs of all breeds, like these Golden Retrievers and Indies, get to socialize and burn off energy together in our secure yard.
Mornings here are for greeting friends and getting the zoomies out. Watch as the pack plays together in the yard, a perfect example of the positive socialization that happens in my cage-free daycare environment.
Mealtime is serious business. I prepare species-appropriate meals, like this fish and shrimp stew, to keep our guests healthy and happy. While you can bring your dog's own food, I offer nutritious, home-cooked options.
After a long day of play, it's time for a good snooze. Here, you can see our guests, including dogs and even a cat, resting peacefully wherever they feel comfortable. This is the 'snore' part of Play Bark Snore Abode.
A chance reunion between two old friends. These two Labradors, who met here years ago, happened to be boarding at the same time and instantly recognized each other. It's moments like these that make my home a special place.
A little bit of playful roughhousing between a Rottweiler and a smaller pup. All interactions are closely supervised to ensure play remains safe and fun for every dog, regardless of size or breed.
Here's one of my trusted staff members engaging in some structured play with a Boxer and a friend. Twice a day, we have dedicated sessions for enrichment to keep their minds as active as their paws.
About this collection
Before we confirm any long-term booking, your dog must complete a 24-hour trial stay. It is non-negotiable because it is the only way to assess if they are truly comfortable in our open, cage-free environment before we commit to a full stay.
We don’t do locked crates here. Our daily routine balances active socialization with mandatory rest periods. Mornings are for supervised group play and garden zoomies, while afternoons are reserved for quiet time. We structure the day to prevent overstimulation because an exhausted dog is a happy dog, but an overstimulated one is just stressed.
My team—Anamika, Sanjeeb, and Gulap—monitors the pack throughout the day. We keep our staff-to-dog ratio low so we can catch subtle behavior changes instantly. We provide twice-daily enrichment sessions, which include training exercises and scent work, to keep their brains as busy as their paws.
Regarding food, everything we serve is species-appropriate. If you choose our home-cooked meal plan, we prep fresh chicken and rice, or you can simply send their usual kibble. We handle meds, cleanup, and constant surveillance. This is a villa-based setup in Whitefield, so your dog gets indoor comfort and outdoor space without ever feeling like they are in a facility.
We are always transparent about who thrives here. If your dog is a social butterfly who loves a pack, they will fit right in. If your dog is highly anxious or displays aggression, a home-boarding setup like ours might be overwhelming for them. We will always be honest about whether we are the right match for your pup’s specific personality.
Poulomi Dhar
I'm Poulomi, and this is where I live with my own pack. I built this home for dogs who thrive in open, social settings—no kennels, just a villa full of beds and grass. It’s chaotic, loud, and full of love, just the way a dog's day should be.
