Custom Event Platter Setups and Styling
Getting your ceremony platters right is about more than just the final display. It is about the careful prep, the hygienic packing, and that personal touch that completes your stage decor. Here is a look at how I bring it all together.

About My Process & Setups
When I set up for an event, my goal is to make sure you do not have to lift a finger. I handle everything from transporting the German silver stands and thematic props to draping the fabrics and arranging the fruit and sweets right at your mandap. Because I know these ceremonies are special, I use hygienic, food-grade film for all edible items so everything looks beautiful and stays ready for your guests to enjoy.
My process is built around the idea that no two events should look the same. When you book a setup with me, we start by looking at your event theme, whether it is a traditional Seemantha, a wedding engagement, or a naming ceremony.
The Setup Process
Once we finalize the theme, I handle the logistics so you can focus on your family.
- Pre-Event Prep: I prepare the doll arrangements, floral decor, and prop styling in my studio. My 'no-repeat' policy means I create fresh designs for every client, so you will never see your exact setup at another wedding.
- On-Site Display: I arrive at the venue to set up the display. I use a mix of German silver plates, wooden antique-finish platters, and props like peacocks or traditional dolls to create a 'tumba rich' visual hierarchy that matches your stage backdrop.
- Hygiene & Handling: Every fruit and sweet is wrapped in professional, food-grade film. My styling includes pearl strings, lace, and stone work, which are applied carefully to keep the food presentation clean and elegant.
- The Take-Down: For rental packages, I return the following day to dismantle the display and collect the hard items like stands and plates. You do not need to worry about storage or cleaning up the hardware.
