Core Greenery Selection
- Statement Foliage: Includes 2-3 tall statement plants (approx. 5ft - 6ft height) such as Fiddle Leaf Figs, Areca Palms, or tall Dracaenas to provide vertical structure.
- Layering Plants: A mix of 10-15 medium and small-sized filler plants (Monsteras, Ferns, Snake Plants, Aglaonemas) to create a dense, layered look.
- Freshness: All plants are live, polished, and watered, sourced directly from the nursery.
Hardscaping & Styling
- Premium Planters: Usage of in-house brand @terrapotta.in pots. Includes a mix of rustic terracotta, glazed ceramics, or modern matte-finish fibre pots (Gold/White/Grey).
- Prop Integration: Inclusion of styling props like moss covering for soil, wooden risers for height variation, and pebble trays to prevent water leakage.
Service & Logistics
- Design Consultation: Brief discussion to align the plant vibe (e.g., Wild Forest vs. Minimalist Chic) with the event theme.
- Execution: Includes transport (delivery and pickup) within Mumbai city limits and on-site setup by a team of 2 skilled gardeners/stylists.
- Duration: Rental covers a standard 24-hour event window.

- Architectural Trees: Inclusion of 3-5 massive trees (8ft+) such as the Dracaena Draco, large Radermachera Sinica (China Doll), or Giant Yuccas as design pillars.
- Volumetric Greenery: A heavy deployment of 40-50 mixed variety plants to create a wall of green effect. Includes broad-leaf tropicals like Birds of Paradise and dense fern clusters.
- Hanging Elements: Introduction of trailing Ivy or Money Plants on stands or existing structures for vertical dynamism.
Aesthetic Hardware
- Luxury Potting: Usage of large-scale statement urns (antique finish or massive cement planters up to 3-4ft diameter) that serve as decor pieces.
- Lighting Integration: Integration of fairy lights or uplighters (client provided power) within the foliage to create an evening ambience.

- Site Recce: One pre-event site visit by the design lead to assess lighting, entry points, and spatial flow.

Immersive Forest Venue Takeover
The Forest Inventory
- Specimen Collection: Deployment of rare and mature inventory, including 10-12 Giant Trees (10ft+ height) to create an indoor canopy effect.
- Infinite Density: 150+ units of plants ranging from waist-high shrubs to ground-hugging mosses to hide venue walls and corners.
- The Forest Floor: Creation of a textured ground layer using real moss, dry leaves, stones, and wood chips to mimic a natural jungle floor.
Bespoke Styling & Props
- Custom Installations: Creation of green arches, botanical chandeliers, or green-wrapping of venue pillars.
- Thematic Props: Inclusion of eco-friendly decor elements or specific props requested by the client.
- Scent: Selection of fragrant plants (like Murraya or Thuja) to ensure the venue smells like a forest.
Production Level Logistics
- Supervision: On-site supervision by founders/leads to ensure design perfection.

I’m Komal, working with Angud and our crew. For us, real greenery at your event isn’t just background - it’s a mood, a bit of calm, and sometimes a whole escape from the usual. I always say, plants make people feel good, and I genuinely love helping spaces feel alive.

Our Style
We don’t do minimal, sterile decor. I lean towards “Contained Maximalism” - big, dense leafy setups, statement trees, and overflowing corners that pull you in. But we’re careful too - I try to keep things eco-friendly, using sustainable event decor rentals and recycled materials wherever possible.

My Story
We’re Angud and Komal, always on the road—kids packed in, mud on their hands, chasing fireflies and peacocks. Work’s never just work, it’s road trips, rain, bugs, and wild places. Our little ones have seen more jungles than malls, and honestly, that’s what we wanted. People ask how we manage with toddlers. We just grin, pack them along, and let nature do the teaching. No fancy tricks. Just us, our babies, and a lot of green.
