To build the wild forest theme for the Arpita Mehta and Kunal Rawal bash, we layered dozens of potted plants against an exposed brick wall. We mixed different heights and textures, using large Bird's Nest Ferns, wispy foliage, and touches of purple statice flowers to create a dense, natural look.
This wide view shows the enchanting atmosphere we created for the Arpita Mehta and Kunal Rawal event. We framed the space with an arch of greenery and purple flowers, using potted trees and warm string lights to transform the industrial brick venue into a magical, forest-like setting.
Even the seating areas were integrated into the green decor. Here, we placed tall, large-leafed plants behind traditional wooden furniture, using emerald green cushions to tie the whole look together. This approach ensures every corner of the event feels lush and thoughtfully designed.
A closer look at the rich textures we used to create our "wild forest" vibe. We layered a variety of ferns, palms, and leafy plants in rustic terracotta and earthenware pots, adding candles to create a warm, inviting, and densely green corner for guests to discover.
When we need to dress up an empty corner for an event, we create an impactful cluster like this. We brought together a mix of outdoor plants, including a delicate tree, a small palm, and overflowing ferns in rustic pots, to instantly add life and beauty to the space for a few days.
Here is a work-in-progress shot from a hotel terrace we designed for evening events. We created a stunning facade using a custom-built backlit screen and a tall Bird of Paradise plant, turning the wall into a dramatic, glowing centerpiece against the night sky.

I’m a bit of an eagle-eyed perfectionist, so we don’t just drop off plants and leave. We spend hours layering different heights, sizes, and textures to build a dense, lush green corner that feels like a real slice of nature. It’s all about creating that rich, full look, not just scattering a few pots around.
For us, event decor isn't just about adding color. It’s about creating an atmosphere. We lean into a style where we use big, dense leafy setups and statement trees that make a space feel alive. Whether you are planning an intimate party or a large celebration, our approach stays the same: we bring the outdoors in, responsibly.
Logistically, this is heavy work. We bring in our own trucks, large plants, and a dedicated team to manage the setup. If we are doing a large venue takeover, our gardeners are on-site to maintain the plants during the event, ensuring every leaf stays polished and every pot looks sharp. We handle the site visit, the layout, and the final cleanup.
We also have a specific, honest policy about our setups. Some of our dramatic, large-leafed tropical plants are actually outdoor varieties that we bring inside for the day. It is a temporary look meant to last for your event, not a permanent indoor garden solution. We are always upfront about this so you know exactly what to expect when planning your timeline and venue.
