Before we finalize any structural work, we provide detailed 2D or 3D visuals. This helps you understand exactly how the pergola fits your terrace dimensions and how the shadow patterns will change throughout the day, so there are no surprises during the actual installation.
Our structural approach focuses on durability and weather resistance, which is essential for the Gurugram climate. We work primarily with MS (Mild Steel) framing or high-quality Thermo-pine wood. Thermo-pine is a fantastic choice if you want the warmth and natural aesthetic of wood without the maintenance headaches of traditional timber. It is treated to withstand heat and moisture, making it perfect for exposed terraces.
